May joined Hadaway & Hadaway as a Solicitor in the Property Department in January 2023.

May has 17 years of experience working in commercial and residential conveyancing at several Law Firms in London before joining Hadaway & Hadaway. She is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

May is highly experienced in commercial property transactions including the granting of new leases, assignments. May also deals with complex residential matters, including leasehold and newbuilt properties. May has Partner level experience in a Firm of Solicitors in West London.

May works closely with both her clients and other professionals to ensure that transactions proceed as smoothly and quickly as possible. She understands that it can be a stressful time for clients, and she works hard to ensure that she keeps both clients and other parties in a transaction fully informed as to its progress at all stages. May always closely guides the clients who are purchasing commercial properties for the first time in order to establish their rights and to obtain the best possible outcome for them.
