Dwayne qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and specialises in all aspects of Property Law. He is a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Dwayne offers comprehensive and professional advice in relation to all property transactions including: buying and selling residential property, re-mortgaging existing properties, purchasing/selling/leasing commercial property interests, whether they be retail or industrial (both freehold and leasehold) and extending leasehold interests.

He works closely with his clients and other professional advisors such as estate agents, financial advisors and mortgage brokers to ensure that all transactions proceed as smoothly as possible. Dwayne understands that property transactions are extremely personal for clients who will be making one of the largest financial commitments they will ever make during their lifetime. Such arrangements can be very stressful for the individuals involved, which is why Dwayne strives to keep his clients, as well as all other interested parties, fully informed as to progress of a transaction at every step.

Dwayne became Head of the Property Department in December 2017.
